You can't confide in anybody.
You can't confide in your colleagues for fear that they'll weaponize that against you locally.
You can't go tell your team there's problems.
You can't go home and tell your wife or your husband there's problems because you're not supposed to have those things.
So you just kind of live in this lone wolf scenario.
So when you have a community that authentically is pulling for you and supporting you and giving you the best practices of what they're doing very transparently because they're not competing with you and supporting you, it's amazing, right?
So the mastermind is evidence of that.
It's really...
a super uh supportive community and it's probably one of the biggest joys of my life but corey to your point about the community you know at the summit we really encourage doctors to bring their team because if i've learned anything in my 25 years of being a dentist or being a practice owner it's that the team is the biggest leverage and so we we get people to bring their team to help create some systems there to create alignment there to create some vision there
to create boots on the ground when the rubber meets the road Monday morning, what are we going to do?
And so it changes the trajectory of people's practices in just one weekend.

Well, the reason is, is so many of my masterminders use his company and we love it as our bulletproof community.
It fits into our ethos so well.
