So imagine the friction that comes from that when you have a quote unquote system for an employee.
Do they know?
Did not three times on the Google door and find the document and go through this and look through that and find the thing.
No.
So I would say that 90% of dental offices are operating in the absence of systems.
Most employees don't know what success looks like in their office, right?
They get inadequate training.
They don't know what a touchdown looks like in their office.
They don't know if it's doing a good job, doing a bad job, right?
Because there's been no methodology proposed of like, here's the scaffolding of what you should do.
And if you're directionally correct, that's way better than just going rogue, which most people do.
They just figure it out and go rogue, and then they create their own system.
