a a software system, an operating system that wants its survival, wants friendships, wants love, wants uh resources, and its operating system has got to uh

be created so that it seeks out those friendships, those cooperations, and it also uh

could have a a feedback system that makes it law abiding.

So we've got to make every AI system have that kind of an operating system and uh that kind of a database uh which would be the nurture part.
