Paying attention to what you're telling yourself. There was a time, this uncomfortable interaction I had, there was a time I would have thought, oh, Gramini, you can't get along with anyone or you're so unsophisticated or something like that. I'm like, no. I just didn't feel right. So part of that is giving yourself, you can't gaslight yourself. And I think we gaslight ourselves all the time.
