obsess about a lot of things and details and you kind of go down that rabbit hole and when you start to like go too deeply about too many things it can make you start to see things and then worry about them you know are you more the engineer brain or the conspiracy brain you were talking about engineer you're more the engineer brain yeah logic systematic step by step why do we do it this way definitely got it so predictable

There's a lot of different, I would say, little hacks that can be done that I use and I can tell you about them and why I do them in terms of the evidence.
