We work with a C RNA group in the area that comes in.

I you know, I have my certification in sedation and I feel confident in it.

But when I'm in those procedures, it's I just feel a lot better just focusing on the procedure and feeling confident that I have, you know, somebody focusing on the sedation.

We just seem to to operate better when it's like that.

You probably slow down too.

I always wondered that about attorneys, just like

That's the thing I think, Ashley, that I realize and that I have to keep reminding myself is

Nothing is ever completely buttoned up.

Having a dental practice, it's a living and a breathing thing.

And if you get complacent thinking that you have everything together, you're wrong because

Things are constantly changing.

If you think things are great and you're not focusing on how you can make it better, I'm not saying that you don't celebrate the wins.

But what I am saying is that there's always opportunity to get better in every facet of everything.

Yes, there are definitely times that I sleep better because things feel like they're they're coasting, like you get in that flow, which is all which is the best place to be.
