Even though we're not working with them as a as a consultant right now, we do plan to to work with him in the near future.
It's called DDS Partners.
It's a a guy that's become a friend of mine.
He's out of Houston, Texas.
His name is Dwight Pakora.
He's just a really solid guy that built a an amazing multi-location practice around Houston and just really smart entrepreneurial guy.
Also
was a really good dentist, but then was able to to exit from the clinical side of things and focus more on the business side of things where he's he excels at all of it, but just a really solid good dude.
But he allowed us to use one of his right hand ladies to help with some of the interview process.
And that was really good to be able to lean on her for some of those conversations with some of the applicants.
That's probably a longer we might need to say that for for the next one.
It's it's I mean it's to give you the the high level overview of it, it's more of a fluid thing based on the you know, the the goals that we set for the office that are healthy for the business and what the business needs to achieve.
Gotcha.
But it's it's a collections based goal that everybody benefits from.
So that's why you know it's something that we talk about every morning and huddle to know where we are to that goal.
And then there's different tiers based on how far past once we reach the goal, we go.
So once you hit goal, you get a incentive.
But then for every tiered level past the goal you go, you you get bonuses as well on top of that.
So
It's through payroll, but yeah.
