It's no wonder people don't have any idea.
It's because they're so totally different.
But another another reason why I decided not to is because I looked into I asked some people and I looked in to seek what that deduction from for per payroll cycle people were paying for Delta Dental Insurance.
And then I was looking at my membership monthly fee for people that did that.
And it's right around the same price, if not less expensive.
So
That was another reason we decided to make that decision is just to be able to be really
really learn how to communicate the benefits of our membership plan versus the insurances.

Yeah, I mean it's not it's not hard to set up a membership plan.
It's hard to track a membership plan.
And they do provide marketing materials, but what they'll do is you'll you'll share with them that your UCR fees and you'll go over what you want to package in each of your membership plans.
