It's been eventful.
Awful.
This morning was uh weekly scheduled site visit, you know, with new construction.
You always have some surprises and when you get to the end and you have the the little things that are coming together that were once only on paper and you see it coming together and if it's coming together and it's not coming together how you envisioned it because you don't understand part of the process and you start to notice things and then
You bring it to somebody's attention and then it unravels and there's finger pointing and and whatnot.
Luckily I I'll the people that I'm working with are very professional.
However
When you have architects involved, interior designers involved, builders involved, installers involved.
They all think a different way.
And sometimes what's designed on a computer on paper
isn't always realistic when it comes to reality.
And that's what we realize today with our flooring.
Um, so we're using luxury vinyl plank flooring, really nice stuff.
But
There's different grades of it.
And some of it can be cut rather easily, some of it cannot.
And in my previous office, it was the space was really tight.
So we created some visual elements on the flooring by creating like these chevron pattern squares within the hallway to kind of break it up.
And that was our intention with this building too, because we had these really long hallways and we just wanted to dress it up a little bit.
