If you if your business doesn't run without you, you you own a job.
You don't just you don't own a business.
And that was our intent with the size of this office is that we wanted to bring on many more providers and
potentially uh those providers become partners one day and without having to do a rebrand or a name change, what is something that we can call this that we can all get behind and it has meaning to it, but it's not necessarily overly personal to any one person in the office.
And I just felt like that was a good route to go.
Yeah, my grandma was someone that
She would always say, Don't work too hard.
She was always the one that, you know, my grandfather owned a big a big commercial farm in Pennsylvania.
She was the one that basically gathered everybody together, prepared the meals, told those stories.
Uh my grandfather was was very nice, but a lot more serious just because he probably like me just didn't talk when he had a lot on his mind.
