The regional service I work in, 75% of the people who come to see us are still in work.
And we help them stay in work.
So it's not that you've got to take time.
Sometimes taking time off work helps, but it's not that you've got to.
And actually you want to come forward to help early before you're suffering and you need to take time off work and you need to affect your life in that way.
But there's a lot out there.
So for doctors, dentists in the room and other health professionals who can't get a local confidential service, there is NHS Practitioner Health.
Self-referral, confidential, rapid.
It's a great service, outstanding service.
Different regions then will have their own support.
In our region, we've well resourced that we've got the Northeastern North Cumbria Staff Wellbeing Hub, which any health and social care professional can reach out to.
We'll get back to you within the day.
You'll get an appointment within the week.
So it's there.
The Royal College of Nursing for Nurses has an excellent support and therapy offer.
The BMA has that for doctors and there are other peer support groups as well like the Doctor Support Network.
So there is quite a lot out there and actually that's what we should be expecting.
It's not take time off work and not be linked to things, take time off work and be linked to things because we know, we know from all of these services that people who come through to support
do incredibly well.
The outcomes of these services for high performing professionals, especially health professionals, are outstanding.
