So anything basically that you know, we you're I think you're specifically talking about atherosclerotic carnary artery disease.

That's typically what people t think about when they talk about heart disease.

But there's other types of heart disease as well, like congestive heart failure, um

amyloidosis in your heart, I mean th they they can cause problems with your heart.

So it's kind of a catch all term.

But I think when most people talk about heart disease, they're talking about athosclerotic carnivascular disease, which is hardening of the arteries.

You get s essentially the pipes narrow and you have um uh h difficulty getting blood to the heart v the heart itself.

What causes that?

Yeah, so for a long time it was cholesterol and fat and but uh, you know, that that sort of model has been

uh really beaten down a lot lately and I think that there's a lot of data that says that that's not necessarily the the right model.

It's more of an inflammatory process.

So a chronic inflammatory process leads to heart disease, but again, coronary artery disease.

But it's not just the carnear arteries, right?

Because if you have plaque buildup of junk in your arteries, it's not just gonna be in your heart.

It's gonna be in your neck, it's gonna be in your your arteries, in your legs, it's gonna be everywhere.
