So and th their rationale for that was they said, Well
Uh there was an Omicron surge and they they were saying that Omicron had reached 70% prevalence.
Oh yeah, I forgot about the transformer name one.
And and they said the monoclonal we they they said we believe the monoclonal antibodies we have, we had six at the time, six you could choose from, manufactured, six different ones.
They said, we we believe that the monoclonal antibodies that we have are not efficacious against Omicron.
Now there had been zero, zero clinical studies at that time that showed that.
There was just starting to do in vitro studies, so in test tubes, to show that there was maybe a decreased efficacy, but not in any human beings.
So they had no clinical data on which to base this.
So I go on Fox News and I rail against them and I said they're gonna kill people because they don't know what they're doing and they're misreading the data.
Few weeks later they come out and said, Oh yeah, we misread the data.
It wasn't
Seventy percent prevalence, it was twenty percent.
That's like a factor of what, three hundred percent?
How does any statistician make a mistake like that?
I don't think it's possible.
I don't think that was a mistake.
What seventy seven seventy percent prevalence to twenty percent?
Omicron, what?
Just in general in the world?
