People are just getting this drug in the clinic now.
And so I want to do a bit of a deep dive.
Yeah, that's right, that's right.
Well, let's start with the basics.
What is this drug?
I'm going to call it a drug, but some might call it a device.
Let's just cover the 101.
Okay.
And how long does that device need to stay in?
Yeah, it's really interesting because, again, you alluded to this.
We've used gemcitabine in bladder cancer care in various other spaces.
For example, we give postoperative gemcitabine following a TRBT for low-grade disease.
We've had a lot of discussions about the role of gemcitabine plus docetaxel infusions.
I'm sorry, installations in the bladder in clinic.
And then, of course, we use IV gemcitabine in, you know, advanced bladder cancer, muscle invasive bladder cancer historically, either in the neoadjuvant setting, sometimes in the, you know, metastatic setting historically.
Again, that's another can of worms, rapidly evolving space.
But the key here, I really think, is that sustained release.
That is what is different.
