What is there a difference here in terms of the availability of those calories and how that might have a knock-on effect on on weight?

I mean, you know, we have a lot of um people commenting on when we use things like nuts or seeds or whole grains and because they are naturally higher in calories, it will b bump up that calorie number and obviously it sends alarm signals.

But I guess what we've talked about today is that's not necessarily reflective of the uh calorie absorption in the individual.

I mean, a a good example of that is this fellow right here.

So avocado, which is, if I just get my handy cheat sheet, two hundred and forty to two hundred and sixty calories per medium sized avocado.

This is slightly larger than the medium sized avocado.

But a lot of people look at that and be like, Well, that's half if I have that, that's half of the entire meal that I can eat on my low calorie diet.

So how on earth can I have calories?

I mean so th th they're also super high in fibre as well.

People don't realise that.

And so that's gonna have an impact on, you know, And they taste good.
