I vividly remember when I was at med school, I would r uh eat so much processed food in a sitting, and for some reason I never figured out three hours later I could still go for an ice cream.
I was like, Yeah, I could still I could definitely do that.

Why? 'Cause I wasn't truly filled and I didn't have that lovely mix of nutrients that were still signaling signalling to my brain that I'm full.

I think it's so important.

And I think we over-index on on calories.
Um evidenced by so many people asking about calories in our in our recipes.
And I I understand it if you're an athlete or if you're a bodybuilder, if you're trying to literally get every sort of ounce of
that off your body, but for the majority of people that just it doesn't compute, it's not necessary.

Um, you have this wonderful analogy that I saw on Instagram recently of penguins and giraffes.
I wonder if you could talk us through that 'cause I think that's really empowering for a lot of people to ensure that they don't set unrealistic expectations for themselves.
And I think a lot of people do.

Yeah, absolutely.
And I I think it really does speak to me because I think I mean, especially when I was a lot younger, I really wanted a particular body type.
And you know, you you spend a lot of your time reading men's magazines and wishing that you looked a certain way where you had a certain build and all that kind of stuff.
