We're on a journey.
And we also have adopted some guidelines, for instance, a very simple guideline for people.
And I think, Jess, it's really important for your personal life because people go home after work and they may be tempted to continue on and use AI in their personal capacity.
So a very simple rule of thumb we give people is if you're going to use AI in a personal capacity, make sure that you have registered, that you've acquired some rights by maybe signing up to do not use a free product, because that's something we're very aware of.
If it's free, your information that you're giving is potentially you lose control of it and you've no idea where you're feeding it to.
So on a practical note of work, we're finding we do a lot of public consultation.
So we're looking at maybe applications for how you can actually represent that because AI is very good at taking data.
And I remember this is public facing data, so it's very low risk.
So you can take that and you can actually present it very easily, very visually internally for quick decision making.
And one of the areas where we have started, which is really nice, is an AI group of practice, kind of a little specialist group in house.
Anybody can join.
And we've got people doing tutorials and we're trying to make sure that people learn how to use the basics.
And there's a very simple principle.
AI is something that people look at sometimes through the lens of an expert or a guru, do something very advanced.
Whereas in reality, if you used AI maybe to summarize a report, now again, always use human in the loop and making sure that the report that you're using
It's something that you're happy to use with AI, but you can summarise it, you can present it, you can do graphs.
If you can do something, even to write a very tricky email, if you can do something that maybe cuts the overhead, presenting.
For instance, if you're preparing slides for a presentation, I know a lot of people use AI to kickstart it.
So I know sometimes yourself, if you're doing a presentation, it might take hours, whereas you've got AI, you say, look, I want this, this idea, or take this report and present it to me in a format of a presentation or a podcast.
So that kind of translation or formatting can save, can cut down people's time spent on these tasks dramatically.
