Autistic people need to, yeah, be involved throughout the whole process at all stages, not just, you know, a checkbox stage or a final stage of giving like a quote when talking to the public.
Do they have autistic people who are giving, you know, input?
Yeah.
You know, what's more important, the project or the people?
Like across academia, there's always challenges with funding and deadlines and times.
And yeah, it's something that it's hard to stay on top of across any context.
but we really need to make sure that we're setting up systems so people can be fully involved.
