I think they certainly do.
And let me make myself clear.
So
we don't have a prescription for super aging.
So I'm not going to tell you, you know, eat this, do this, exercise this, see this many people a week, don't drink if you have depression.
But we do know that there are many lifestyle factors.
And we've always, we always say that what's good for your brain, what's good for your heart is good for your brain.
So whatever you do to keep your heart health, you also want to keep your brain health.
But does it mean if you do all those things, you're going to be that way?
No.
But if you don't do any of them, you aren't hedging your bets.
So basically what you want to do is do anything you can to reduce your particular risk.
And some people have...
more of one kind of risk than another.
So it's really personalized and everybody's looking for the one answer, the pill.
