So you sit down, feet on the stool, lean forward, and instead of holding your breath to push out as you're pooping, I tell you to exhale like you're blowing out 50 birthday candles.
So that prevents you from holding your breath, which again can weaken your muscles and lead to incomplete emptying.
So stool under the feet, lean forward, exhale like you're blowing out birthday candles.
And it will change your life.
I think once you get one of these stools in your bathroom, David, you're going to be like, how have I been not pooping this way my entire life?
No, just rest onto your elbows in a comfortable, relaxed position.

people who are teaching their kids how to poop.
Like I've got two little kids.

pelvic organ prolapse, which is when you have your organs start to kind of descend into the vaginal canal.
Sounds very scary, but it's due to weakness or even things like a hernia or an abdominal separation.
So again, pressure is going to want to find the path of least resistance in your body.
And when you're straining, it's going to go down towards the vaginal opening in women typically.
