is the best way to kind of handle that and to respect both of our communication styles is I have to write him emails now.
I write him an email and I process it like four separate times and I do different drafts.
And the first one is always crazy.
And then it gets progressively more normal.
And then once I find a draft I like, and usually it's taking me a while and I'm calming down every time.
I send it to him.
He's responding to it without seeing me crying or chasing him.
So that helps.
Cause I can't respond in real time and like whatever emotion I have already decided that any emotion he is displaying towards me, my body is already like in fight or flight or freeze.
Yeah, and then we discuss it, and usually by then, the food's great.
It works out.
And then you're done.
