Because I feel like if it's,
if it's a loved one that triggers that, I feel this like intense, like chest pressure.
And like, like it's almost like, and it feels kind of like a panic attack where I'm like, I'm having tightness of breath.
And I feel if it's work or I feel like I'm getting in trouble at work, I feel this drop in my stomach.
Like my stomach goes up in knots.
I feel anxious.
I feel, I feel like this.
I don't know the best way.
It's like this impending doom where I'm like, this isn't great.
Something bad's going to happen.
I have had times where,
within friendship groups where there has been some weird like miscommunication or weird invite situation.
And I would get splitting migraines.
Like I would just like it would I I would stress myself out enough and my head would start hurting and then I would like fixate on that and then my eyes would start hurting and then I would get a migraine.
In retrospect, not at the time.
I wasn't piecing it together like when this stuff happened.
But like in the past three years, as I've been gathering all of this data, I'm like, what is it?
What like can I say that every single time it looks like this?
But I think what happens is that like from a neurobiological standpoint.
When you are emotionally sensitive, and especially if you're on that end of the spectrum and you have rejection-sensitive dysphoria, there are two parts of the brain that are really kind of prominent here.
