And let's say there was a yellow car that was speeding by.
The person asking questions would say, how fast do you think the red car was going?
And because they're not thinking about the color of the car, they'll report a speed.
And then the next time they ask them, that person will say, yeah, it was a red car.
And so we need to be so mindful every time we relive something.

If something is traumatic enough, it will lead to PTSD.

But did you know that there's quite a large number of people who never experienced PTSD, they experience post-traumatic growth.
We do not talk about this enough.
I've never heard of it either until I came across the research.
There was a really large number of people who don't go through the traumatic negative experience, they experience growth from that traumatic experience.
