If you actually apply what we're going to be exploring today, your life will fundamentally change because everything will feel lighter.
People don't realize how insidious self-doubt is.
And when you're living every day and you've got the insecurity and those negative thoughts and the self-criticism and the feelings of, I'm not worthy, I'm not good enough, it is a weight.
It makes everything more difficult.
It leads to so much hesitation and second guessing and missed opportunities.
If you can learn to recognize, and you see the beauty of this work is that you don't actually have to eliminate the doubt.
You just have to strengthen parts of yourself that allow you to move through it
And then success becomes easier.
Fulfillment in your relationships becomes easier.
Happiness becomes easier.
And this is based on decades worth of research.
So it's so incredibly important.
So my journey with self-doubt is really the driver of why I do what I do, because I have felt the pain over the entire course of my life.
I mean, I'm still shedding the doubts that I developed early on.
And I think if I really reflect on where it started, it started really early for me.
Okay.
So I would have been about three, four or five years old.
And I am part of this beautifully supportive family.
And every Friday night, we would have dinner at my grandparents' place.
