Well, with all due respect, uh Alfie Cone does not work with kids who have ADHD.
And kids with ADHD
are different.
And they're different because they receive negative messages about themselves from a very young age.
And because uh they receive these negative messages, those um negative messages are internalized into a very powerful strain of negative thinking.

Met someone with ADHD who doesn't feel some level of shame.
