Und du sagst nicht wirklich, oh, du brauchst Mindset. Who's going to say, yeah, I need some mindset work? Give me some mindset. No, I don't need that. It's like, hey, if you want to get to X amount of income level, let's look at step one. What is the number one thing that most high achievers are doing? And you're thinking it's another skill. It's another strategy.
No, they have really worked on themselves and there's self-mastery that's included in that.
Also, gerade vor der Pandemie habe ich angefangen, auf der Bühne zu stehen. Und ich war unterwegs und spreche, aber es war nicht eine Sache. Es war nur Teil der Reise. Leute hören mich sprechen wie Hey, kannst du auf meiner Bühne sprechen? Und was auch immer. Aber dann habe ich angefangen, es zu machen. Was ist diese Reihe von Business? Und ich habe gemerkt und ich habe einige Studien gemacht.
Sprachen ist die Nummer eins in der Welt. Es ist wirklich professionell sprechende Menschen. Sie wissen, sie sind nervös darüber. Ich will ein professioneller Redner sein, aber ich bin nervös vor Leuten. Hello, so do I. For three seconds until I get a mic. That's why you hear me say, I've never met a mic I did not like. For three seconds because I had a message.
And so those three years I went all in. And I was sharing earlier this framework that I use. I call it my $28 million runway of the five things, the platforms that I find myself. It's just levels, the coaching, the speaking and events. But what's happening with the essence of all of that? This is not what I do. This is who I am. I can't imagine, Russell. It's like being in the army.
I stayed 21 years because I couldn't imagine getting out and retiring. But at some point I was like, you know what, I want to do something else. I've been called to do something else. And so that pivot began to happen with all of the chaos happening in the world, all those things taking place. The pandemic was taking place. I'm like, like everyone else, what am I going to do?
I was like, just do what you're already doing, but take it online. Wir hatten tausend Show-Ups. Und das ist, als ich bemerkte, dass Zoom nur 1.000 Leute auf sich bekommen kann. Sie können nicht rein. And I began to attract some of the most amazing people. And they gave me this title, the general to giants. They played on the military as a general and they are the giants. And then I just rocked that out until the wheels fall off. And we are still going through that same process. I haven't changed. I just went deeper into what I wanted to do in the business industry.
And it's just been a blessing. It really has.
Is it a blend? It's a blend. So I prefer my own because I can do it from the comforts of my home. I will go out and speak on other people's stages. I love that. And then I tapped into this thing that I can speak on other people's stages and sell their offers. So the very first time I did it, it was a Spanish speaking community. I was nervous about going to speak there.
I'm like, oh my gosh, are we going to have translators? How many people are going to be in this small group? I'm good. It's like, oh, it's 1,500. I'm like, what? And you want me to speak all three days? And they're like, yeah. And I was like, okay. I don't believe I cannot do anything. I am definitely the CEO, the owner, and tell my team, okay, I'm jumping off this building.
Just throw me the parachute and midstream, okay? Right before I hit the ground, I'm good. So that's what I did. Und ich kam auf diese Bühne und es fühlte sich so komfortabel an. Alle Bühnen fühlen sich mir komfortabel an. Ich musste sogar ein wenig aufwärmen und ich spreche so schnell, dass der Übersetzer sich aufhalten kann.
Aber wenn ich dir sage, dass Energie irgendeine Bühne schlägt, es hat keine Barriere, es hat keine Sprache-Barriere, es hat keine Geld-Barriere, es hat nichts. Und sie haben ihre ersten 2,1 Millionen Dollar in einer Stunde gemacht. 1 Millionen, 2,1 Millionen. Und sie sagten, wie viel willst du machen? Oh, etwa 100.000. Ich sagte, Alter, nein, du musst jemand anderes machen.
Lass uns sehen, was du tun willst. Und so haben wir das gemacht. Und das begann die Reise. Ich liebe es. Es ist das Kunstwerk der Sales. Ja. Ja. Und das war so ironisch, dass du mich in einen Slot gesetzt hast.
Ich war so, ja, wir sind in der Zukunft. Und ich fragte dein Team, hey, kann ich auf einen dieser Redner stecken? Und er dachte, ich war verrückt. Er sagte, du bist ernsthaft? Ich sagte, ja, kann ich auf einen Redner stecken? Ich brauche nur 1,25 Euro. Er sagte, lass mich fragen. Ich sagte, naja, sie sagen es nicht. Ich sagte, oh Mann.
Weil es diese Energie ist, die Menschen näher zu der Front bringt. Ja.
Natürlich kennen wir beide Myra und ich habe viel von seinem Training erlebt. Aber Myra, ich werde es dir sagen, ich war in diesem Raum und Ort, als ich ihn getroffen habe. Und so habe ich gemerkt, wie Gott mich auf diese Reise genommen hat. Je mehr ich die Person werden möchte, die etwas tun könnte, desto mehr stellt er mich in Räume und Späße mit Leuten wie euch.
Das ist, wie ich es in eine Runde bekommen habe. Wo ist die nächste Person? Ich will die Automation verstehen. Ich sagte, es ist etwas los. Und ich ging zu mir und sagte, hey, was ist in der Runde los? Ich wusste nicht, dass es existierte.
Er war es, aber ich wusste es nicht. Ich glaube, ich war nicht bereit oder etwas war vorhanden. Ich war etwas anderes zu tun. Und ich bin einfach gegangen. Ich habe gesagt, hey, was geht in der Inner Circle? Ich möchte mehr darüber lernen. Er hat gesagt, ja, absolut. Ich habe mit Steve gesprochen, der Inner Circle. Und dann habe ich gesagt, hey, was ist der höchste?
