Yes, I definitely agree that it's great to get employees involved, participating, giving them opportunity to have a voice.
But I also think sometimes we've got to be careful about not putting too much extra onus on them to fix problems that senior leaders should be when they're getting paid the big bucks, you know, to sort all that stuff out.

And so, yeah, I think it's great to seek input from and involve employees in those discussions.
I think that also if an employee is going to do that, then they need to be really careful to make sure that they then show how that input's being used down the track, that it's not just having a blue sky session and then nothing kind of comes from it, you know, that there's actually...
