You said something about the blackout being
like a meta and I started thinking about this, like the blackout really is a metaphor for winter and how
you know, things get dark and but spring comes and there's kind of a death rebirth process and turning everything off and stepping away.
really is it's an art.
Um and and if anything else, it becomes a conversation of like, oh my gosh, how are we gonna do that?
And I can't live without my phone.
And what about my alarm clock?
And it becomes a conversation.
Uh, you know, some people end up going kind of Amish and other people just become more mindful and are putting their phones down during dinner and
Um, you know, Dr.
Bill Sears, who wrote the forew to my book, Thirty Day Blackout, has a uh a basket in the front of his house that says, Welcome to the fun house, place your phone here.
And that's how he does screens in his home.
Like we're all different.
So that's there's no judgment here.
