And that's, I mean, that, isn't that like just a life skill, right? It's like, here's another tool in the toolbox when shit hits the fan that I can self-regulate myself in this way. And I can channel that energy, that rage and frustration and PTSD, like you were describing into something productive rather than something destructive, right?
Because it's very easy for you to spiral from that energy to be to kind of get back into potentially, and there's sort of like lots of different shades of this, but into that sort of victim mentality, like why me?

Why is this always happened to, you know, that kind of thinking, which even though there's someone, you know, when I look at you, you're so strong, you have such a strong mind, we all are susceptible to that kind of ruminating, those sort of ruminating types of thoughts that can continue to circle and circle and circle.

So what an important skill for you to say, I'm going to take this energy, which is all that is, right? All that PTSD, all that anxiety, that rage, that frustration, and I'm going to channel it into something that's really good for me. And, you know, I just want to say as well, I think for a lot of women, we'd like to pretend like that rage doesn't exist. It's like... It absolutely does.

honestly was and i am still in such admiration for your strength of character um to really go against your entire like we were gag ordered like we it's like if you say the v word if you talk about and like you are losing your license and we will persecute you we will witch hunt you right um and you're just like one of the witches that like you know um I've been burned a few times.
