And uh in this region, they have C fifteen levels that are two to three times higher than the rest of the world.
They're not using supplements, right?
So they're have what do they do?
So they have goats and sheep that they herd locally.
They're at a high altitude, which interestingly, studies have shown that if you feed feed goat, sheep, cow, it doesn't matter.
If you feed them high altitude grass, then their C15 levels are even higher.
So they're yeah.
So then they take that dairy, turn it into cheese, which we know is pecorino.
Um, and they have replaced their meat for the most part with cheese.
So they're getting a constant healthy source.
of C fifteen in addition to their walking 'cause they're hurting it's a hurting um
community.
They're very social.
So um they and they eat less than uh pretty routinely less than 2,000 calories a day.
So again, it's not just this one, hey, double or triple your C15 and you'll live past a hundred, but they really have this really uh kind of a wonderful combination of things in which uh C fifteen is playing a role.
But again, it gets back to all those things we talked about earlier, right?
Which is
socialization and exercise, um, and you know, just a a healthy community environment.
It's been evolving.
I remember like almost the day right that the that the uh recommendations came out in 1977 from Congress.
