Well, number one is know what you're, you know, since COVID, I tell people you have a new part-time job.
It's called Your Health.
And you got to spend about 5, 10, 15 minutes a day with it.
And one thing is get a blood pressure cuff.
Measure your pressure four times a week, different times.
Number two is know what you're putting in your mouth.
You know, we spend hours picking out cars and clothes and shoes and all this stuff.
Spend hours picking out the food that you're going to put in your mouth, too.
Because like you said, there's a ton of chemicals in there, not just sodium.
But lots of chemicals and these ultra processed foods, which are young people are about, you know, 80% of their calories are ultra processed foods have a ton of sodium in them because it's a preservative.
And you really got to be careful with that.
And the earlier in life you kind of adjust for that, the better.
And don't forget about the things like you, you know, most of you mentioned things like stress, find ways to mitigate it throughout the day.
Find physical activity that you can do in small, tiny pieces.
You know, get up every hour for a couple of minutes.
You know, we never sat in the cave all day long, 100,000 years ago.
Do brief intervals.
The shortest interval that's been shown to start to change your blood pressure is two seconds.
