You know, when I'm working at home remotely, I'll get on my wife's exercise bike for 15, 30 seconds.
Just go hard every hour.
And that's been shown to actually help you think clearer.
So little things, just tiny little things can make huge differences.
And don't feel like you've got to do it all at once.
Little things are really important.
And finally, don't forget about your sleep.
you know, we all brag, Oh, I don't need that.
I can do without the sleep.
And, uh, you know, we just had this very interesting experiment called a daylight savings time that, um, you know, fall, uh, uh, spring forward and fall back.
You know, when we lose an hour of sleep in the spring, one hour of sleep, which we think is nothing the Monday following that Saturday night, our heart attack rates go up about 25%.
If you're in front of a judge on that Monday following that,
that spring forward, you're going to get a stiffer sentence than if it was a different Monday.
If you're on the highway driving, you're more likely to have an automobile be involved in an automobile crash or wreck on that Monday following a loss of hour of sleep.
So don't think that sleep is unimportant.
Since 1991, our sleep has steadily gone down.
