So the head of Army intelligence knew I understood all this. And I guess they had had people seeing what we were doing and that we had successfully made contact with these objects. Famously, the first one that was publicly known and published was in Pensacola, where we had 60 people out and we were using this technology to make contact. And then four of these craft pop into the sky.

They thought if it was large enough and had real power behind it because they had money. from the collapse of the Soviet Union out of Eastern Europe that they had confiscated through these black programs and rather criminal tentacles that they were operating.
