Before I was a medical doctor, I was a meditation teacher.

has a correlation in consciousness and vice versa.

In other words, what you can do innately with the consciousness like you were discussing, you can also do reproducibly and scientifically once the science becomes refined enough.

And so what we're dealing with with extraterrestrial civilizations is that they operate a very high level of understanding of consciousness.

but also a very high level of technology that interfaces with consciousness, which is what I call consciousness-assisted technology, where your mind is assisting it and vice versa, where there are technological systems and frequencies and devices

that assist your mind and consciousness at doing things or seeing remote places or communicating.

So it flows both ways.

This is why I call it CAT and TAC, Consciousness Assisted Technology and Technology Assisted Consciousness.

So these are the basic concepts.
