We, we do use AI in terms of, um, both for IR and for DR, we have these like AI summaries that Epic creates.
So you can click a bunch of notes or it'll just generate it based on their hospital stay and it'll give you an AI summary of their kind of clinical course.
Um, I use that a lot to help me write notes and especially for consults, especially for, uh, but also again, to get just a foundation.
What I've noticed, half the time they're wrong.
Sometimes I feel like the AI that I'm using is not the AI that I'm reading about in all of these.
So I'm working on this Welcome to Charlottesville guide, and I was like, this is gonna be so easy.
I watched a bunch of videos on Claude.
I was like, I can just write the prompt and then it'll make it perfect for me.
And at a certain point, I'm like spending money like on cloud because I'm losing or I'm like using the max usage to try and perfect it.
And like 20, 30 bucks in, I'm like,
I spent seven hours working on just this conversation back and forth.
I could have made it in Canva within half the time.
And so that's what I did.
I abandoned Claude for this project and I ended up, yeah.
And I'm just like, you know, I'll read those Twitter chains and I'll be like, oh, I've used AI to completely optimize my entire life.
I just breathe and I make money.
I don't think I have that.
