So it's really gets down to what type of procedure do you want to do?
I think that's nice in terms of getting, you know, the full complement of our training.
It's probably a lot of SKUs and stock to have in stock.
And I don't think it would be feasible if we weren't a large academic center.
Yeah.
So I think that's kind of the big part.
But a lot of our procedures...
You know, there's multiple ways to do it.
And I think for us, we thankfully, like, you know, as our fellows start graduating or getting close to graduating, a lot of the attendings are like, okay, well, which device are you least comfortable with?
Let's do it with that.
And that's kind of the approach that I think a lot of the training focuses on.
And it's, again, just thankfully because we have access to all of it.
Yeah.
And that's the other thing.
It makes it harder when you do, you know, and attendings have their own preferences too.
It's sometimes overwhelming to have to learn about the procedures and the various devices, right?
I rely on our techs a lot to kind of help me out with the devices.
And, you know, we thankfully have a lot of like sessions with industry to get hands on experience with a variety of devices and just kind of learn.
I also take heavy advantage of SIR.
walking around the exhibit hall and just getting as much hands-on as I can doing vertebral augmentations with Metronic or Stryker just to kind of understand all of it because you're right you know whatever my future career is I'm not going to know what I have in stock and at the end of the day I just need to be able to do it with whatever I have.
