Yes, I have been asked about raising issues, particularly when I previously worked in the Medical Council.
And I would encourage people to use the legal protection there.
And I do think that there should be legal aid for people who do use it.
Much better, much better internal structures.
It's much broader than that.
I mean, hospitals are very hierarchical structures, but also... Which they need to be, presumably.
Yeah, I mean, I think that there's a lot of tolerance, historical tolerance of poor behaviour, of really bad conduct and an inability to deal with it at an early stage.
And those issues are left festering for decades.
And eventually it starts trickling into patient care.
I think that they're on the right, centre right.
And I think that that poll actually suggests that the majority of people are not sure where they stand.
I think, you know, they've been very contradictory on some of their policies.
Well, the other countries train sufficient numbers and then they also have the kind of health service where the conditions are good.
So people want to stay.
So it's both the training aspect, training sufficient numbers, but also retention.
And we haven't been good on either of those.
So we don't train enough doctors and nurses for our own population.
And then a significant proportion of them leave to seek better working conditions.
