And so jokingly with,

my, my son and everybody, I would just wear the sweater and I would be like, and my son was like, Oh, you're so cringe.

You're so cringe.

Right.

And later on, you know, the, the, the school year started, Elizabeth, you and I have kind of talked about this.

Another part of my story is having to advocate very fiercely for my son who has several learning disabilities, dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADHD, et cetera.

And as a vocal empowerment facilitator, we talk about one of the, in my training is we have different archetypes for communication.

We have the bunny, which as you can imagine, is that kind of more that people pleaser, passive, the dragon, which is my way or the highway.

But then other archetype we talk about is the cheetah.

And it's because the cheetah has a flexible spine.

It takes long strides.

It has that teardrop.

So I kind of symbolize that as emotional intelligence and it rests a lot.

It's very present.
