Now, obviously, ethics is a big, you know, ethics, guardrails, that is a big deal, you know, particularly when we are developing AI products.

Talk to us about how you as a founder thought about ethics and how have you implemented that from the founding of the company all the way until now?

Right.

Yeah, no.

And that's wonderful that you're thinking about that.

Even in my own company, we actually 20 percent of their bonus depends on they're using AI and AI tools.

I just have to know which ones they are.

And it has to be a business account, not, you know, personal accounts.

And there were a couple of people that were nervous that they were going to lose their jobs.

But of course, that didn't happen.

In fact, we had to hire more people.

But their output quadrupled.

And this is all back office.

Their output quadrupled.

We got more out there and they were more productive.

We had to hire, you know, and they upskilled, as you said.

So there definitely is room in this fear that, you know, that is going to destroy jobs, et cetera, is one that that definitely you're managing.

So that's amazing.
