So it still makes sense.
Like there are businesses who did that, but our mission was about
Getting to every doctor, we wanted to be the best clinical AI.
And we had built this because of the models we had.
And then, especially by the time the middle of the year had come around, the second team had built a few cool clinical tools, the data from the clinicians.
So it wasn't a complete pivot without having anything.
Like we tested it.
So we had like really crappy scribe demos.
And it was overwhelming to us that those products showed like the kind of love and attachment.
attachment that we could never get out of the bigger product we'd spend a couple of years building.
So it was kind of obvious, I guess, from like models, then became obvious in product once we'd actually tested it.
The biggest challenge was the business and funding side.
Like we were coming to the end of our seed round spend.
We had customers, we had built a product, we were attached and committed to a certain direction.
And so basically I had to
convinced uh my investors to like give us some more money, let us do this pivot.
Um I at the time I kind of hedged my bets.
I was like what we built is really useful, but we'll also go directly to uh individual clinicians with this new product.
And I'm confident that will go global.
