like there for them and you talk to their family and can explain everything to them and can sit with a translator and like you want to be this like you know my like my GP this like perfect ideal of what a doctor is but then in practice you just like well I have 500 things to do so I can only I have to pick which I do so then I only see the sickest patients.
Um
So yeah, it it doesn't seem bad from the outside, but actually adds up a lot.
Anything that takes away my time and attention could creates pain and patient suffering.
Yeah, I think it's very valuable and maybe m harder than it seems.
Um, so I remember when we were first starting to focus on it as an area, it's very easy to do a demo.
So it's not hard.
You know, you could probably uh especially now, like vibe code some demo in like five minutes and it would work most of the time.
Uh but actually in like real clinical environments, it's very hard.
Like you have bad uh content.
Connectivity, you have very noisy, variable quality of microphones and audio, uh, also like sometimes very large distances from the microphone, different speakers that are far afield.
Then the quality of the notes is very important.
