And I had a professor who wrote on the top of my paper, Tina, you think like a scientist.

Every cell in my body, every cell, like, shifted at that moment.

It's amazing.

When someone gives you that, and I'm very aware of it, that we have such power over what we say to people.

Well, first of all, I have not been in the lab for a long time, so I'm not going to speak as a neuroscientist.

I just think that we need to really be very aware of those messages and change the story.

And we can change the story.

I have often asked people to write their life story from different perspectives.

Write your life stories in perspective of all of the trauma that you've had.

Now write your story from all of the amazing good fortune you've had.

Now write the story with all the funniest things that have happened to you.

And you realize, oh, every single day you have a choice of which way, which frame you want to use.

So I think I spent a lot of time thinking about framing problems and how you can look at things from different directions to completely unlock new solutions.

Yeah.

Having the ability to frame storm, so that's what I call it.
