And there's times I know my vitality is low because I go in there and I'm like, oh damn, I can't handle this right now.
Like it's too super sauna.
Yeah.
i gotta turn some panels down but it's a clear indication to me that my nervous system is on the fritz or that i need to you know take better care of myself so this heat tolerance idea and the ability to stoke it is i think it's core to people having good health yeah and it's it's it's when you say heat tolerance it's not just like the body can withstand heat physically it's also there's an aspect of resilience of the nervous system
Well, you can, especially like right now, everybody's on this peptide craze and the peptides and the hormones and all of the things.
But you're, I mean, you sound like a chiropractor, which I am also a chiropractor and that's it.
Like the nervous system governs everything.
And I'll say that to my husband.
I'm like, my nervous system is fritzing out.
My electrical system is fritzing out.
And when I try to explain things to him as an electrician, I have to explain that.
Like the signal is not sending correctly.
I'm fritzing out.
So I get it.
I had to leave Oregon because it was like a nervous system meltdown there for me.
So my goal when I moved to the desert, I told my podcast producer, I was like, do not let anybody get to me.
I don't care who asked to be on the show.
