rock salt.
Like you can, it's a cool mine.
It's an old ancient, it's in Utah.
It's an ancient, I've never seen it, but I can't wait to.
It's an ancient seabed and they sell the big rocks.
And so I would break those rocks up into little regular size.
And I have those stashed everywhere too.
Literally at one point I had them all over my house because my pots was so bad.
And one of the great things I learned through kettlebell training was you have to learn to breathe into your nose and out through your mouth.
in through your nose and out through your mouth, or just in and out through your nose, even better.
And you can keep your heart rate and everything regulated really well.
But when you have POTS like I do, you can go into tachycardia, which is high heart rate and low blood pressure real fast.
And you're like, oh, I got to lay down.
This is why I love strength training because you're not running.
You're not doing any crazy cardio.
you can completely stop what you're doing, put the weights down and lay down on the ground.
I lay down on the ground and put my legs up and put my rock salt in my mouth.
And my coach back in Portland used to laugh at me because I'd walk around the gym, breathing in and out through my nose between sets with my rock in my mouth, my salt rock.
And my salt lick is what I call it.
And it would force me to breathe in and out through my nose because I have a salt rock in my mouth, right?
