So it's actually a really great tool.
And what you're doing when you're breathing in and out through your nose is you're resetting your parasympathetic and turning down that sympathetic.
So you're calming the nervous system down, right?
You can hum while you're doing it too.
If you really want to throw in a little vagal nerve stimulation, which is,
A little icing on the cake there.

Rock salt or a rock in the mouth or close the mouth with salt in the mouth.
Breathe in and out through your nose and hum.
That has saved so many people.
I cannot tell you how many times I have pulled the salt out of the purse and helped complete strangers with it.
On planes, in stressful situations, on hikes where, you know, I'm with someone or I'm with a friend and they're having a rough time and maybe they're post...

One of my favorite things to do to get over a sickness is to actually go be physical and in a controlled fashion, of course.
And it just forces the lymph to flow, the blood to flow, especially if we've got some fibrosis in the lungs from an upper respiratory thing.
That's when I really do employ cardio.
I'm not a huge cardio fan, but that's really when I do think cardio is amazing because we're getting a lot of blood through there.
It really helps break up some of that fibrosis.
