Thank you.
I'm excited to be here.
Lekal is the one I use.
Good.
Memorable is also good.
So it's basically you're just getting rid of excess air in your digestive tract and it needs to go somewhere.
So either you burp it out or it comes out as a fart.
And the smell is primarily due to sulfur containing compounds, hydrogen sulfide.
And that is made by the bacteria that break down certain types of food in your gut.
It depends how often it's happening.
I think, you know, certain foods that you eat can cause that bad smell.
Some people notice that more with beans, for example.
But there is some science that people who have particularly lethal smelling farts and consistently are having that could be a sign of dysbiosis.
So imbalance of bacteria in your gut.
Yeah.
So there's also certain kinds of foods called FODMAPs.
So these are types of carbohydrates that are highly fermentable.
And so shallots, garlic, pretty much all sorts of onion, broccoli, cauliflower.
These are other common offenders.
Yeah.
