You and I both exist in a world where there's supplements, and I want to just comment on that real quick, not even being brand specific, that I get frustrated and frankly kind of annoyed when there are people in the world who want to convince us that you're only allowed to be healthy by eating.

Or like in some cases that the only way to be healthy is like, here's our supplement protocol, right? And we're going to ignore everything else. What I come back to is again, I'm outcomes driven.

And it feels silly and stupid to leave opportunities on the table that could improve our health. I agree. So I think it starts with food, which is the way that I live, and that's the way that you live. It starts with food. You add in the lifestyle elements. Again, this is the way you and I both live in our own way.

right we're going to take it as far as we can with diet and lifestyle and then we're going to tweak it and perfect it with supplements and then we still have the medications on the back end which are really to me intended to be you use them if you need them but that's not our primary strategy that's our that's our fallback strategy if we really need them yeah like from my perspective that the supplement industry has made so many great strides in the last
