And it's like you said earlier in the show, which is that ultimately nutrition or science or this world that we exist in, it's about identifying these simple truths.

You and I both exist in a world where there's supplements, and I want to just comment on that real quick, not even being brand specific, that I get frustrated and frankly kind of annoyed when there are people in the world who want to convince us that you're only allowed to be healthy by eating.

And it feels silly and stupid to leave opportunities on the table that could improve our health. I agree. So I think it starts with food, which is the way that I live, and that's the way that you live. It starts with food. You add in the lifestyle elements. of exercise and sleep and fasting and human connection and sauna and all these other elements that we can layer in. You start with those two things, but then to me, you come to supplements. Supplements are not medications. They're not the same, but they're for optimization.
