But research out of Stanford University conducted by Professor Christopher Gardner showed us that on a matter of 10 to 12 weeks, by increasing the fermented food in your diet, you can actually increase the diversity within your gut microbiome and simultaneously reduce the measures of inflammation.

There was research that we did similar to the time-restricted eating study.
