So the benefit of fasting is by sort of compacting it into a window, there is the potential for many people who are suffering with metabolic issues, overweight and obesity, that this approach by itself can help them to get into at least relative caloric restriction and then they lose weight. So bottom line, to me, we all should strive for consistency of our mealtimes, just like consistency of sleep. And with that consistency, one of the approaches that can help us to achieve that is a fasting approach.

Like not literally see the parasite, but I need a test to show me that it's there. I don't think it's fair game. And I don't recommend that people operate under assumptions and then do things that could potentially really disturb their microbiome. Whether we call something an antibiotic or an herbal antimicrobial, we're talking about the same thing, right?
